What is your rabbits body language telling you?
Rabbits “speak” in subtle ways. Learning their body language helps build trust and notice when something’s off.

-
Binky = Pure Joy (jump, twist, zoomies!)
-
Loaf = Relaxed and comfy.
-
Tooth purring = Happy bunny!
-
Thump = Warning or frustration.
-
Ears back, crouching = Fear or discomfort.
-
Ears forward = Something has caught their attention!
-
Lethargy, hiding, or changes in posture? May signal pain — see a vet.
-
Chinning = This is mine!
-
Periscoping = I’m curious and checking things out.
-
Hunched = I’m uncomfortable and likely in pain

The more you observe, the better you’ll understand your bunny’s unique voice.
