Elsa, approximately 8 years old, recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of her lifelong companion, Anna. While she continues to adjust, she has shown us just how much she thrives with a gentle friend by her side.
Snickerdoodle, a young rabbit estimated to be a couple of years old and born feral, has brought out a softer, more confident side of Elsa—and in return, she has given him stability, warmth, and trust.
Despite their age difference, these two chose each other. From the moment they met, it was clear they were meant to be together. They groom, snuggle, and seek each other out for comfort, forming a bond that feels both natural and deeply special.
We are looking for a family who can offer them a calm, loving environment where they can continue to grow in confidence and enjoy their bond. Because Elsa is a senior bunny, we do recognize that Snickerdoodle may one day outlive her. If that time comes, we hope their adopter would be open to helping him find another compatible companion so he can continue to live a full, enriched life with a friend.
For now, though, they are simply two bunnies who have found each other at the right time—and they’re ready to share their next chapter with someone special.
