Ginger is a young, strawberry-blonde American girl who joined the rescue after being found wandering on her own. She’s a sweet little rabbit who is still learning that people can be trusted, and she’ll need a patient home willing to give her the time and space to come out of her shell.
Ginger is shy at first and can be a little unsure of new people and new surroundings. But underneath that initial hesitation is a gentle girl who we think has so much potential to blossom once she feels safe and secure. She isn’t the type of bunny who will necessarily be in your lap on day one — she’s looking for someone who understands that trust is something you build.
Interestingly, Ginger reminds us so much of our sweet boy Miles — not just in personality, but in her appearance and overall demeanor. They were found in the same general area, so we can’t help but wonder if these two strawberry-blonde American bunnies might even be related!
Ginger would do best with an adopter who is comfortable letting her set the pace and who will celebrate those little moments when she starts choosing to come closer, relax around you, and show her personality.
She’s young, beautiful, and just waiting for the right person to help her discover how wonderful being loved can be.
