This sweet little dwarf cross has already stolen the hearts of everyone she meets.
Oatmeal was brought into a veterinary clinic after being found dumped and left to fend for herself. When she arrived, she was extremely emaciated, covered in her own waste, and her once-delicate coat was severely wiry and neglected. It was clear this little girl had been through far more than she ever should have.
While we worked to make space for her here at VI Fluffle, Oatmeal quickly became a favourite at the clinic. Despite everything she had experienced, she remained such a sweet, gentle and delicate little soul, winning over every person who had the privilege of caring for her.
We’re still learning about Oatmeal and giving her the time and care she needs to rebuild her strength. One of the things we don’t know is whether she has been spayed. Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to confirm this from the outside, so she will likely require exploratory surgery to determine whether she has already been spayed.
For now, Oatmeal is safe. She is receiving the care she desperately needed, and she finally has people in her corner.
This little girl deserved so much better than the life she was given and we are determined to show her just how loved she can be.
Could you be her forever?
